Current 8th Graders Now Eligible

This is a reminder that the Middle School is returning to the tradition of hosting a study abroad trip to Italy next year! PC will travel to Rome and Sorrento through ACIS next spring break, March 20-26, 2026. This opportunity is open to all Middle School students, whether they currently take Latin or not. Trip attendance is partially first come, first serve, and spots are filling up. Register & pay your deposit before April 1 to lock in the current price!

The link for payment is now open. Pay the initial deposit of $200 by April 1 to lock in the current price. After April 1, the cost will likely rise. If you are registered through the ACIS page, you will receive an email when payment options are available.

Financial assistance may be available through the Grace Fund. Families seeking financial assistance for this trip should fill out a Grace Fund Request by Tuesday, April 1. If you request financial assistance, please contact John Zurcher for more information.

As a reminder, the attendee list will be finalized in May after students make their course selections for the fall. First consideration will be given to students enrolled in Latin for the 2025-2026 school year. Second consideration will be based on student behavior. Third consideration will be the order in which deposits are received. ACIS will refund all deposits for students not attending. There is a possibility that we will open up more slots for this trip, so we encourage everyone who is interested to sign up.
