Senior Parent and Caregiver Central

The College Counseling Office guides students through the complex and ever-changing world of college admissions.

There are more than 3,000 accredited colleges in the United States, in Canada, the U.K. and around the world. The variety among these colleges and universities is astounding. Our goal is to help each student identify a range of colleges suited to their abilities and needs.

Once a student has identified a group of colleges, our four-member staff will guide them through the admissions process so that, in the end, each student will have the benefit of college choices.

The deadline for family messages to seniors was December 20. The 2025 Class Record is now full with no more pages available for messages. 

• Each senior is responsible for providing content to fill their personal page in the 2025 Class Record; pages will be assigned specific deadlines which a senior is obligated to meet; please encourage your senior to pay attention to those deadlines and to meet them.

Deadlines are as follows:

• cap and gown photo selection, due September 16

• personal page photos, due October 15

• senior survey, due October 15

• superlative nominations, due October 15

Please encourage your senior to meet these deadlines so we can meet our deadlines from Jostens! Missing deadlines can jeopardize how a senior is represented on their personal senior page.

ORDER YOUR 2025 CLASS RECORD

• Seniors pay $65 for a yearbook which you will order online; please check your email for the coupon code.

• Email the Class Record office at yearbook@penncharter.com with any questions. Advisor Liz Jones will be happy to assist you.

Senior Parent Gift
For 18 years and counting, senior parents and caregivers have been making a collective gift each year to support faculty professional development at Penn Charter. This support allows teachers to pursue special training and certifications, earn advanced degrees and attend conferences nationwide. Our goal is 100% participation. If everyone participates, we believe we can raise $100,000! The results of our effort will be announced by the class clerk at Commencement. Learn more about the Senior Parent Gift.

Starting Dec. 1 seniors can order their custom Penn Charter class ring through Jostens.

Penn Charter community members interested in easily accessing school information from their mobile devices can download the official Penn Charter app from Apple's App Store or Google Play.

The app is intended to feature in-demand information, including details on upcoming events, recent PC news, athletics schedules and results, Parent Posts, the lunch menu and more! 

We are putting together a slideshow celebrating the Class of 2025 -- and their families!
